The team at Latitude 45 would like to take a moment and thank our veteran military men and women and all of those serving here and abroad. Did you know we have over 369,000 veterans in Minneapolis? That is why at we feel it is so important to honor our veterans each day. Greystar Giving is a company-wide philanthropic effort to help in our communities – including our Veterans. We proudly support Camp Hope and the PTSD Foundation of America dedicated to mentoring our combat veterans with post-traumatic stress. Contributions allow the foundation to continue to provide housing for combat veterans and their families as well as continued building at Camp Hope to support the mission of assisting those who feel completely helpless. Please help us today by giving!

As Randy Neugebauer so eloquently stated, “While only one day of the year is dedicated solely to honoring our veterans, Americans must never forget the sacrifices that many of our fellow countrymen have made to defend our country and protect our freedoms.”

Come and Join The Fun!

What a great way to have some fun and help the Arthritis Foundation by running (or walking) in the Jingle Bell Run this Saturday November 12th! Where else can you get festively dressed and run? Jingle bells on your running shoes, a Santa hat, show off your ugly Christmas sweater – whatever makes you happy the holidays are approaching – grab those things and head with your team to the Minnesota State Fairground for the 5K Run/Walk. Get Out and Vote

The election is just seven days away and we want to help make sure you know where to go to cast your vote. If you are uncertain of your voter registration name, address or status you can visit here to look up your voter record.

If you are a registered voter and Latitude 45 is your address – voting is only a few minute walk at the Open Book 1011 Washington Ave. S (get directions here). Minneapolis added a number of polling locations so check before you go! The polls open at 7am. We look forward to seeing you there!
